Simply type in the number or quantity of the categories that you have in your business and hit the calculate button.
Yes it is that easy.
You can alter the numbers as many times as you like in one session but no data is stored so you will have to take a note of the results. The table will be empty each time you enter the website. This facility is totally anonymous. When we consulted farmers they told us they wanted an anonymous service but were happy to have adverts on the site to pay for this facility. If you know of a company or individual who wants to advertise on this website please get in touch and we will give you access to the members calculator in return
Members calculator
In the members calculator, add categories relevant to your farm to build up a summary for your farm (i.e. if only arable then ignore the livestock option).
Then you simply have to run the Carbon Footprint Report, which will generate a detailed report based on your specific farm or land based industry.
You can access this report anytime by logging into the member's area of the web site. You can also generate additional reports if you change the data for example if you would like to see the difference if you used less fertilizer or planted an area of trees.
